Day 20 - Boston 12 September

Unfortunately the weather did not hold. It was a rainy day and as the day wore on the rain increased. Undaunted, we headed out.

We took the hop on hop off trolley bus which at least protected us for the best part of the day. Hearing more of the history of the city it was lovely to see the different buildings associated with what was the start of the American War of Independence.

Unfortunately, when we left the trolley to walk the Freedom Trail, it was raining continuously. We carried on undaunted, but it was such a pity we had difficulty taking photos of most of the sights.
