Day 21 - Boston to Seattle 13 September

A very early start to catch the hotel shuttle to the airport (close by) for our 7am flight to Seattle.

On arrival in Seattle we had to change terminals as our flight was relocated to a terminal further out than the one originally assigned. We found our way through the system, travelling on the inter-terminal train (why don't we have one at Sydney airport???) to get to the terminal gate for our onward flight to Pasco (Tri-Cities).

We got the surprise of our lives when there was Tracy! She was on her way to LA and her flight was around the same time as ours was, leaving from the same terminal. What a lovely surprise. She had let her Mum know we had landed but that we were at a different terminal so it would be a while before we would be in touch. So we spent a very pleasant couple of hours (we had a very long lay over) catching up on family.

Anita and Jim were at the airport in Pasco to meet us. It was lovely to see their new home lovingly built and decorated to their wishes. We caught up on washing before we organised ourselves to head off in the morning on our road trip.
